Return Merchandise Authorization Policy

Please be noted: Always make a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to return merchandise to before you ship anything back. This is the best way to communicate with us and ensure that your needs are taken care of. We have made this procedure as easy as possible for you to use.

No Refund, credit or exchange on:
  • Assembly, shipping charge
  • Software
  • Opened and used Cases (Chassis)
  • Any items that are defaced or physically damaged by end-users. We reserve the rights to check the condition of any returned items before issuing service.
  • Any items that become non-functional due to user's error or virus
  • Clearance items that are marked as non-refundable
  • Any items that have the warranty label/mark removed by customer and cannot be verified as our products
  • Any items that do not have a matching serial number between the product and the original receipt
  • Any retail-boxed items returned incompletely without the original box, manual, driver CD/diskette, or cable set, etc.
  • Printers
  • Digital Cameras
  • CPUs
  • Any items returned after 30 days
Products other than the above conditions come with:
  • 14 days of original order date money back guaranty(excludes shipping cost)
  • 15% restocking fee charged for return after 14 days
  • After 30 days repair or replacement only
  • All return products for refund, credit or exchange must be received by us within 30 days of original order date, also must be in complete and factory original condition (including all corresponding parts, manuals, cables, and diskettes, etc.). Damaged items or items returned in a condition unsatisfactory for resale will void the refund, credit or exchange process. Such items will be shipped back to customer at customer's expense, otherwise customer will be billed for each missing item.
  • All merchandise for repair or replacement must be received by us within the product's warranty period (Usually One Year).
To apply for a RMA number, please indicate:
    (1) Order number, invoice number, item number and serial number
    (2) Request for replacement or Refund.
    If you are requesting an exchange for a different item, please tell that product name and item number for us to either charge or refund you the difference.
    (3) Reason to return

    Then email to and you will be issued a RMA number soon from our service department.
Returning the products for service, you should mark the RMA number clearly outside of the shipping box, and ship back to:

  • It will be very helpful if you could enclose a copy of the original invoice with your return merchandise. Wait for a replacement or refund on your return. A replacement of the same or equivalent item will be shipped to you as soon as we could. You can use the RMA number to track the replacement package online.
  • We suggest that customers obtain a receipt of any packages shipped back to us from the courier.
  • The serial number(s) of the item(s) returned must match the serial number(s) listed on the original sales invoice(s). If these numbers do not match, is not responsible for the replacement or refund for such items, and the RMA will be invalidated. The items whose serial numbers do not match will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • is not liable if, but not limited to, the manufacture is not in business or the product is irreplaceable.
  • All return merchandise must be received by us before a replacement can be sent out. No Cross Shipment Available.
  • All RMA shipments must be prepaid. Physical damages or modified products void all warranty. Computer system must be "as shipped configuration".
  • will not be responsible for any shipping damages or loss. All claims for shipping damages must be repoted to the shipping courier (UPS, FedEX, USPS ..) immediately.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after being issued. After 10 days, customer must contact us to reconfirm the RMA service.
